You can embed any file from Google Drive (including audio and video files) by pasting the sharing link into the Embed field:

This will add the file to your formative in "published" mode - which means students will not be able to edit it.
Note: Make sure the file sharing permissions are set to "Anyone with the link can view," so that students can view the file even when they are using their home networks.
Note 2: The file size will be fixed when you embed a Google Drive file in this way. If you would like to embed your files and edit the way they appear on the screen, please read on!
Click "File" at the top left, and select "Publish to the web"
Choose the "Embed" tab and adjust settings to your preference
Click "Publish" and copy the embed code that appears

Tip: You can edit the height="500px" width="700px" part of the code to adjust how the Sheet displays on your students' devices.
Note: Google Sheets are not editable by students.
