A man murdered his wife and daughter in their sleep. He sat in his kitchen, had a cappucinno, called the police stating that his wife and daughter were dead and waited calmly for the police to arrive. The prosecutor presents a psychological evaluation proving the man suffers from severe bi-polar disorder, but argues that he was not suffering from the illness at the time of the killings. The Defendant presents three mental health experts that testify that he was too psychologically ill to understand that his criminal acts were wrong.
