Full Discrepancy: As a class, we did not do well on this Reading skill on the Mid-Year Exam. On average, we are answering 25% of Words in Context questions right, which is 24-27% below past 11th graders at this point in the year!
Some of us had trouble with time, and most of these questions were later in the test, but others need to have a bit more practice with the reading strategy.
Understanding Words in Context questions show up on 20% of the SAT Reading exam -- this is about 1 in every 5 questions!
