Tuesday 11/22
You will need to do the warmup in the basekt.  Keep this at your desk to go over as a class.  

 Complete the work that is in your group basket. The sheet has 2 sides.   When you finish, turn it in to the class basket. 

 Get a Turkey Challenge sheet from the guest teacher.  You will need to scroll down to find a helpful link and information.
When you finish, turn it in to the class basket.

Get a Turkey Roll and Color sheet from the guest teacher. You will need 2 dice.  If you play with a partner you will each need a different color crayon to color your feathers.  The person with the most feathers in their color, is the winner.  You may also play this game alone. 

 Get the sheet from the guest teacher.  Watch the video on Thanksgiving and complete the new learning sheet.  Keep this in your units' folder.

 Get the 2 Map sheets from the guest teacher.  Complete each question and keep them in your units' folder. 

 When you complete all today's tasks you may get on Prodigy or choice time on Clever.

 You will use this picture to help you solve question number 5 on the Thanksgiving Challenge.have to look at the different letters on the numbers and decide which letter you will use.  You want the letters to make a word when you put them together. 
Example:
Who is man's best friend?  364
Look at the 3 you could use D,E,F.  Let's use D
Now look at the 6.  M,N,0  
D M would not make a word.  neither would Dn.  So let's try O     D O
Look at 4.  G,H,I   What letter could you put with DO__
G!!! 
Who is man's best friend?  DOG

Use the calendar to the left to answer question 7 on the Thanksgiving Challenge.

For question 10 you need to know what a fictional character is.  
Fiction means not real.  So a fictional character is a character that isn't real.  
So examples would be: 
Tony Stark 
Spongebob
Captain America
Troy -from High School Musical
Greg- from Diary of a Wimpy Kid

When you finish the Thanksgiving Challenge, make sure your name is on it and turn it in to the class basket.
