It is very important to take care of yourself and your body. Everybody knows that if you feel sick you have to go to your doctor. But we don't have to feel sick in order to take care of our body. It is better to do something to prevent our bodies from being sick. Taking a lot of rest and eating healthy is a huge part of self-care. When people do not rest well their bodies can grow tired and weak. In order to feel strong and capable of conquering anything you should get good sleep and relax. But of course this is easier said than done. In our constantly working society, which only cares about career-building, it is hard to find some time to rest.
But everybody should at least give it a try. Stop worrying and just try to relax once in a while. For instance, you should always have at least an hour to yourself every day. Getting away from social media is of course included too. Letting go of everything and just letting yourself think for a minute can be both relaxing and nerve-wracking.That is why you should find what works for you the best. It doesn't really matter if your alone time is listening to music, writing a diary or just staring at a wall. All that matters is that after that time is at its end you feel better and relaxed.
