She says she's using a comal to brown her chicken. A comal is a griddle.

She's butting the chicken in to dorar (to brown/to make golden). The chicken is already cocinado (cooked). She just wants it bien doradito (browned).

She's going to sacar el pollo ahora. Sacar = to take out

The tortillas have to be fritas. Fritar = to fry

She plates the items to servir. Servir = to serve
