How would you rate our TLC/PLC Kick-Off Meeting today?
1 - Not very engaging/beneficial. We need to reconsider why we have this meeting. This meeting was not a good use of our time.
2 - Slightly engaging/beneficial. Some pieces of the agenda were engaging but most of the other items on the agenda were questionable.
3 - Engaging & beneficial. There were some really great pieces to today's meeting. This meeting met my expectations.
4 - Our conversations were lively, very engaging, and I have a plan for next steps I need to take in my coaching role. The meeting exceeded my expectations.
