phase - She steps up to the ball, fixes her grip, sets her feet shoulder width apart and rests the club next to the ball.

phase - Slowly, she takes the club head back, keeping her head still and eyes on the ball.

phase - Starting the rotation with her hips then her shoulders, she swings the club, allowing it to pick up speed continuously until it makes perfect contact with the ball.

- After the contact, she gradually slows the club down, allowing it to travel over her shoulder. She lifts the heel of her back foot but keeps her head down looking at the tee.
