Here's what your logo will be graded on:
1. Must include 2 of the following 3 elements:- Symmetry (watch this 3 minute video for ideas)
- Easily recognized shapes (Watch this 1 minute video about iconic shapes and color for logos)
- Good use of color
2. Look good big or small (logo should work on a billboard or phone screen)
3. Be memorable, but not cluttered. Don't put a bunch of extras in the design. Here's a blog showing some examples.
4. Logo fits your brand.
5. Logo is thoughtful and the created with effort and patience.
