As a kindergarten teacher, I would utilize Formative to gather data about what my students have learned about what I have taught them.

By using Formative in these ways, I can gather different types of data:

Responses: Provides insight into their understanding and application of concepts.

Performance Measurements: I can view scores on multiple-choice questions or correctness of drag and drop questions. This helps identify areas where students may need extra support.

Progress Tracking: Formative offers real-time monitoring of student progress. I can see which questions students are answering correctly or incorrectly as they work through the assessment.

Engagement Insights: I can see how long they spent on each question, helping me understand where they might have struggled or breezed through. The platform also allows for feedback on student work so I can leave comments or corrections directly on their responses, fostering a feedback loop for learning.
