Javier isn't happy about the reptile handler because he doesn't like reptiles, snakes, or lizards. 

Javier's mom drops him off at a party, but he isn't very happy when he notices creepy creatures and realize a reptile handler is there. 

Javier realizes his friend's party isn't what he expected. Instead, there is a reptile handler, and there are creepy creatures everywhere. He isn't pleased about the situation and wants to leave. 

Snakes, lizards, and reptiles are in cages all around the stage. Javier isn't happy about it because he expected a normal birthday party.
