Question 2
2.

Remember the purpose of these last two weeks is to a) TAKE YOUR ACC TEST! and b) just revel in the beauty that is math, especially in re: Conic sections. This is an interesting one - it is fairly simple to find the volume of a sphere using calculus, and we don't discuss the derivation of this until calculus because... you need calculus. But archimedes figured it out well before we had calculus to work with. So how did he do it?
What was the creative push to find the volume of a sphere?

i'm also going to take this time to give you a couple people to follow for when you need extra support during calc (obvs, i will also be around at the studio to answer questions too) . First 3blue1brown. here is a section where they are discussing the probabilities of probabilities. This one has a fantastic distilled version of calculus that should be helpful next year.
