Question 20
20.

Create something!
When we create something, rather than just recall information, we are more likely to remember the important details when we need them.

Option 1- Create a short video (you, a friend or family member, or action figures, etc. may star in your video) to teach someone else how to respond in a sudden cardiac arrest situation.
Option 2- Create a flowchart or other visual aid that we could use to remind employees of how to respond in an emergency.
Option 3- Attend class on Wednesday and help coach me through a rescue scenario with our CPR dummies, participation in our in-class activity can be used in place of options 1 or 2.

Remember that emergencies like cardiac arrest can be stressful so visual reminders are very helpful.
*Be sure that the product you submit is your own work*

Question 21
21.

Thank you for taking the time to work on this assignment.

Do you feel more confident now, than you did before this lesson, that you would know how to respond if you were in a situation where someone experiences sudden cardiac arrest?

Do you have any other feedback about our Healthcare career explorations class?

Question 22
22.

I have made this a 50 point assignment instead of our regular 20 point unit test + 30 point unit project. For this week, you will only need to complete this assignment. I expect that you will take multiple days to complete it because some of the information will be covered in our Wednesday class session. If you prefer this format, we can continue like this for future assignments too.

We will go through all the parts of this assignment in our class sessions on 5/13 and 5/15/24. If you need to review the recordings to help you with the assignment, the links to those will be added to the instructions at the top of this page.
I understand that the format for unit assignments has changed for Unit 7.
