Diastole is during the relaxation of the heart. It is the bottom BP number and indicated the pressure in the arterties in-between heart beats.

115/65 is considered a normal healthy blood pressure for an adult.

Describe the position the patient's arm should be in when taking blood pressure in a seated position.
