After putting your lunch bag in your backpack, you head out the door and start the 20-minute walk to your office. It’s chilly out this morning, so you decide to pick up a hot chocolate at the coffee shop a couple of blocks from your home. Walking to work gives you time to mentally prepare for your day. When you walk into the office, you greet the office manager, place your lunch in the break room refrigerator, and make your way to your large cubicle. You turn on your computer and spend the first couple of hours answering emails, checking your voicemail messages, and returning phone calls.
