This project allows you to apply what you've learned about office etiquette through different activities and scenarios.

Role-Play Scenarios (Activity Type 1):

Read each scenario carefully and think about how you would respond in a real-life situation in the workplace.

Use the "Show your work" feature, or the audio/video response option on app.formative to act out your response to the scenario.
◦
Make sure to demonstrate professional communication, respect, and effective conflict resolution, when applicable.

Scenario 1: A colleague is consistently late to meetings, disrupting the flow. Demonstrate how to address this issue professionally.

Scenario 2: You have finished your work for the day and you have time to assist others. What is good office etiquette when you find yourself in this situation?
