Here is a performance assessment you can use with your music performance classes (Band, Choir, Orchestra, etc..) with an easy to follow Rubric that grades based on five criteria (Tone, Notes, Rhythms, Articulations, and Musicality) across five levels (Outstanding, Excellent, Average, Below Average, and Poor) using language concurrent with the UIL Music Performance Rubric (Consistently, Usually, Sometimes, Rarely, and Seldom)
