School Garden

Read the following passage. The sentences are numbered [1-20] to help you identify errors and make corrections.

[1] The students in Mrs. Chen's class wanted to create a garden. [2] They decided to plant vegetables herbs and flowers. [3] Marco brought some tomato seeds from his grandmother. [4] The seeds were very special because they came from Italy. [5] Lisa and me dug holes in the soil but the holes were too deep. [6] Mrs. Chen showed the class how to measure properly so the plants would grow. [7] The class collected many tools shovels and watering cans. [8] After the students planted the seeds they watered the garden carefully. [9] The garden needed sunlight therefore they chose a spot near the playground.
