DESTRUCTION OF THE WAR SHIP MAINE WAS THE WORK OF AN ENEMY!
Assistant Secretary Roosevelt convinced the explosion of the war ship was not an accident… The opinion of naval officers is that the ship was destroyed by a Spanish mine… Public excitement is intense, and there is little doubt that Congress will be called upon to declare war within a very short time.
