Activity:

1. Think of a mantra that can help you reset. Eg: "Next Ball, Fresh Ball" "I've got this".

2. Toss a ball up 5 times. After each toss, catch it, pause, and do a 3-breath reset (Watch this video on how to do this). After the final toss, say your mantra aloud.

3. Write your mantra down in the journal

Why: This ritual helps you move on like a pro.
