Over winter break Ms. Dumel set up her hydroponic plant system with water and left it by the window. The plants grew from a tiny sprout to a plant with leaves. Once we came back it had to be moved to the side table and unfortunately withered away and died. Explain why the plant died using the words: inputs, energy, food molecules, and glucose.
