There are many types of penguins in the world, but two of the most different from one another are the emperor penguin and the little blue penguin. Emperor penguins are the tallest species of penguin, growing to around 4 feet tall. On the other hand, the smallest species, little blue penguins, only reach about 13 to 15 inches in height. They also have different coloring. Emperor penguins are primarily black and white, but little blue penguins boast bluish feathers. Another difference between these two types of penguins is their geographical location. You will find Emperor penguins in Antarctica, while little blue penguins live in New Zealand and Australia. Despite their differences, both penguins enjoy a similar diet of fish, krill, and squid.
Kyra stared at the last piece of chocolate cake with wide eyes and a watering mouth. Her stomach was full of pizza and her first slice of cake. She knew she had no room for another bite.
Sighing, Kyra hung her head and began to shuffle away to play some more games, but she only made it a few feet before turning around and grabbing a fork. “Mmmm,” she sighed as she tasted the chocolate fudge frosting. Before she knew it, she had polished off the whole slice and was licking her fingers clean.
Soon enough, the cake sat like a rock in her stomach. Her middle churned and groaned. Feeling flush, Kyra excused herself from the party early so that she could go home and lie down.
