This year, I (Ms. Ernst), will apply for my National Board Teacher Certification and must submit a 10 minute video clip of my teaching with the application. I'm requesting your permission to potentially include you or your work in my portfolio to demonstrate my teaching accomplishments over the last several years. All identifying information will be removed.

As an online teacher, my facetime with students is limited, so I sincerely appreciate your consideration of this request! If you have any concerns about the submission I would be happy to discuss with you.
