Again, returning to District 1, in a 2026 proposed Maryland Congressional District Map, what type of Gerrymandering has likely occurred if the goal is to dilute the Republican majority in District 1 by including new locations with strong Democratic voters to force out the single Maryland Republican Congressman (Andy Harris)?
