Mindful of Monsters
When you are alone at night, do you ever think about monsters? Do you wonder if there are any lurking under your bed? Maybe you think they could be hiding in the closet? Could they be hiding behind the door?
Or maybe you don’t think about monsters at all. Perhaps you think the possibility is ridiculous. After all, everyone knows that monsters do not exist. Well, that is what I would want you to think if I were a monster.
I guess you never bother to check under your bed, in your closet, or behind all those closed doors anymore. Maybe there is a monster lurking somewhere you no longer look anymore. Maybe it’s time to check. Or, if the monster has never bothered you before, maybe you just leave him alone to hide quietly in his home.
