Submit a completed copy of your Chemical and Physical Change Note-Taking Sheet here.
If you are unable to pick the document from your Drive
:
Open the Note-Taking Sheet
Click "File," the hover your cursor over, "Download"
Click, "PDF Document" - this will convert the doc to a PDF and it will download onto your device.
Return to the submission formative and click, "Upload File Response".
Click "Upload File" - this will open up a file on your device.
Find the pdf copy of your note-taking sheet, click on it and submit it.
