One of Dr. Jill’s kids favorite treats are frozen bananas and ice in a smoothie! It’s simple to make too. You just put bananas in the freezer and then add the bananas and ice to a blender, mix together into a smoothie that becomes a perfect combination of half solid and half liquid and you’re done! Halfway through eating the smoothie, Dr. Jill’s son Mateo gets sad because it isn’t frozen anymore and he says it’s no longer thick and it’s warm…. yuck! :(
