9/11 Timeline Activity (Grades 3–5)

We will learn about an important day in U.S. history: September 11, 2001 (9/11).

Our goal today is to:

  • Practice putting events in order (first/next/then)

  • Learn about helpers (firefighters, police officers, paramedics, and other community helpers)

We will use facts that are appropriate for school.

If this topic makes you feel upset or worried, you may take a short break, talk to a trusted adult, or ask your teacher for help.
