Read pages 28-34 of Section 1C in your online textbook filling out the Lesson Handout as you read.

Upload the completed handout below.

Then watch the video which explains some additional examples.

Make sure your screenshot includes the assignment name and score.

Your Canvas grade will be adjusted once I enter the grades for IXL and Achieve.

Policies for grading:

  • You have unlimited attempts per question.

  • 5% penalty per incorrect attempt per question. 

    • For example. If you take 3 attempts on the first question and get it correct on the 3rd attempt you'll earn 90% of the points for that question. If you get it correct on the first attempt you'll earn 100% of the points for that question. If you choose to "view solution" prior to answering the question correctly, you'll earn 0% of the points for that question.

  • You'll get immediate feedback on each question.

  • You can view solution explanations after completing each question.

  • You have access to supplemental resources.
