A Pythagorean Triple is when 3 numbers fit perfectly in the pythagorean theorem equation. For example, 3, 4, 5 is a pythagorean triple because 3 squared plus 4 squared actually equals 5 squared. On the other hand, 6, 8, and 12 are not pythagorean triples because 6 squared plus 8 squared DOES NOT equal 12 squared (it equals 10 squared instead). So it doesn't work.
