Step 1; open an excel file
Step 2: Using the materials provided ad 5ml of hydrogen peroxide to 3 test tube.
Step 3: Measure the temperature of the hydrogen peroxide at room temperature.

Step 4: ready a stop watch then add 1 drop of the peroxidase enzyme to the first testbed and record how long it takes for the reaction to end.

Step 5: ready a stop watch then add 1 drop of the peroxidase enzyme to the second testbed and record how long it takes for the reaction to end.

Step 6: ready a stop watch then add 1 drop of the peroxidase enzyme to the third testbed and record how long it takes for the reaction to end.

Step 7: clean out your test tubes and set them to dry
Step 8: fill the next 3 test tubes with 5ml of hydrogen peroxide.
Step 9: put 10ml of the peroxidase enzyme into the 100 ml beaker
Step 10: place the beaker on the hot plate and turn the heater on low and let sit for 3 minutes
Step 11: after 3 minutes record the temperature of the peroxidase in the beaker and add it to your excel file
Step 12: Repeat steps 4-8 using the peroxidase from the beaker

Step 13: Place the beaker of peroxidase back on the hot plate and turn it half way up and let the beaker of peroxidase sit for 3 minutes
Step 14: Repeat steps 4-8 using the peroxidase from the beaker

Step 15: place the peroxidase beaker back on the hotplate and turn the hotplate up all the way and let it sit for 3 minutes.
Step 16: Repeat steps 4-8 using the peroxidase from the beaker

Step 17: wash out all test tubes and beakers and set to dry.
