Make tables of equivalent ratios relating quantities with whole-number measurements, find missing values in the tables, and plot the pairs of values on the coordinate plane. Use tables to compare ratios.
Students are given a ratio and are asked to fill in a ratio table. They are expected to use the ratio and/or table to extend the values to a larger number.

Amanda is hiking with her daughter, Mia, who is only 1 years old and has short legs. For every 3 steps Amanda takes, Mia takes 5 steps just to keep up. Add labels to the columns of the table and place the ratio into the first row of data. Add equivalent ratios to build a ratio table.
