“Oh Hway! Oh Hway!” yelled Haru the next morning when he saw his yield. “My yams! My yield!”
Sonre exited his home and looked from a distance down at all of the commotion. A ribbon of satisfaction arched within him at the sight of Haru’s dismay. The sun shined effulgent on the thin yams to reveal the source of the all the noise as Sonre descended to offer assistance to Haru.
“My dear friend, what is the matter?” asked Sonre who pretended to be concerned. Haru spilled all of his troubles to Sonre who listened patiently. “If this continues to happen, maybe we can switch fields. It is only I, and I do not have need of so many yams,” offered Sonre.
