Plot
The visual representation of a plot.
Occurs at the beginning of a story. Characters and setting are introduced.
Includes a time period, place, and any background information.
People, animals, and/or things in the story.

A struggle or clash between opposing characters or opposing forces.
A character struggles with an outside force which may be another character or society as a whole or a natural force.
Takes place within a character's own mind.
Develops the conflicts/complications.
