  • This activity requires you to formulate opinions and be able to justify/argue why you believe the way you do.
  • We start with some basic concept gathering
  • We then look at a series of 4 concept images (pictures) which require you to formulate an opinion and then use the concept gathering information to support your argument.
  • We then apply these argument ideas to the lab by making a group decision which will Mr. Parry will input into the computer program to form the basis of our “social values” for the lab to being working from.
  • We work on the WCPS literacy goals by having you answer a series of reflection questions

  • Third explain what response you expect from the USA government to address these issues AND why.
  • Fourth we will vote on a solution for the lab using a DIRECT DEMOCRACY. You will identify what you voted for and why that will solve this problem.
