Note from the author:
Adding polynomials. Some MC some Open Response. Final question is a student reflection about the errors they made while working the problems.
Sometimes the polynomials aren't in Standard Form (descending order from highest to lowest exponents). When this happens, you can either rewrite each polynomials in order before combining like terms, or just be REALLY careful when adding to make sure that you are combining like terms (same base, same exponent).
